My Crunch Time Checklists

Now completed four of the five crunch time checklists. Each time I’ve added one it’s really helped me get in control of my day so I’m looking forward to completing the set. I feel relaxed, I have more time for everyone, and for the things that matter to me, I’ve started to get round to tasks that had become almost permanent fixtures on my todo list and the house looks as good as it ever has! Not sure Mister’s noticed yet, although I’ve finally asked him to look through a few of his bits that have been lying round the house for ages (me, asking him, I’m like a whole new person!).

A New Calm

Somehow, just feeling like I’ve got a plan is creating a wonderful calm inside me – even though the plan hasn’t really been formulated, never mind followed up on yet.  This morning we got up (always more relaxed when Mister’s away and we don’t have to spend the morning tiptoeing around while he sleeps in), had cuddles, had breakfast, cut the boys’ hair, had baths, all got dressed and started on the housework – and when I looked at the clock it was just gone nine!  And to be honest I never felt rushed or stressed at all.

Maybe this life game will be a really good thing, not that I ever had any doubt 😉

Happy weekending!
